Cancellation Policy — EVBEZ India
This Cancellation Policy explains when and how you may cancel an EVBEZ charging session, booking, order, or other eligible service.
Charging sessions
You may end an active charging session at any time through the EVBEZ app or by following the instructions shown at the charging station. Charges already incurred for electricity delivered, applicable taxes, parking fees, idle fees, or other disclosed charges will remain payable.
Bookings and reservations
Where EVBEZ offers a booking or reservation feature, you may cancel it through the app before the stated cancellation deadline. A cancellation fee may apply where it is disclosed before you confirm the booking.
Product and service orders
Orders for chargers, accessories, installation services, or other products may be cancelled before dispatch or the start of service, subject to any terms shared with you at purchase. Once dispatch, installation planning, or service delivery has begun, cancellation may be limited and applicable costs may be deducted.
