You may use EVBEZ services only in accordance with applicable law, these Terms, station instructions, and any safety guidance provided at a charging location. You are responsible for ensuring that your vehicle, charging cable, and use of a charger are compatible and safe.

Accounts, payments, and charging sessions

You may need an EVBEZ account to access certain features. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping credentials secure, and ensuring that payment details are valid. Charging fees, taxes, parking charges, idle fees, and other applicable charges will be shown or communicated where relevant.

Availability of chargers

Station status, charging speed, availability, and pricing can vary due to network conditions, equipment status, vehicle compatibility, third-party site conditions, or maintenance. EVBEZ India does not guarantee uninterrupted access to every charger or a specific charging outcome.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse EVBEZ services, interfere with charging equipment or network operations, attempt unauthorized access, use the service fraudulently, or damage EVBEZ property or the property of a station host.

Intellectual property

The EVBEZ name, logos, website, app content, designs, and other materials are owned by or licensed to EVBEZ India. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use these materials without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

Privacy

Your use of EVBEZ services is also subject to the EVBEZ India Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is handled.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, EVBEZ India is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
